Something in the guide is wrong or out of date

This is the most useful message you can send. Islands change: a taverna closes, a road is resurfaced, a beach gets a car park. If you are standing somewhere and the app has it wrong, say which place and what is different. Corrections go into the next update.

The weather is not loading

Everything except the weather works without a signal, so an empty weather panel means the phone could not reach the network when you opened the app. It fills in by itself once you have a connection. The rest of the guide, the map and the photographs are already on your phone and are not affected.

The wind reading does not match what I see

The forecast comes from a weather model on a grid roughly eleven kilometres across, which is coarser than the island. It reads the day well and can miss a local squall entirely. That is why the app also shows the current observation from Skiathos airport, about thirty kilometres away, as a live reality check. When the two disagree, believe your eyes.

I bought it and want a refund

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us, at reportaproblem.apple.com. Telling us why is welcome and helps the app get better, but it is not the route to your money.

Restoring your purchase

The app is a single purchase tied to your Apple Account, with nothing to subscribe to and nothing to unlock. Installing it on a new phone with the same Apple Account restores it at no further cost.

Privacy questions

The privacy page covers what the app does and does not do. The short version: no accounts, no analytics, no tracking, and your location never leaves your phone.
